White Manor Resort has five modern housekeeping cabins and lodge on the shores of Nelson Lake, Hayward, WI.

We are located just 7 miles out of town and are open year round beginning with the fishing opener in May. Nelson Lake is over 3000 acres of water with 31 miles of shoreline and abundant wildlife. Approximately one half of Nelson Lake's shoreline is undeveloped which supports a healthy fishery of blue gills, crappie, walleye, northern, bass & perch. The Nelson Lake Associations are dedicated to conserving & preserving our wildlife for this and future generations to enjoy.

The Cottages

Our 5 north woods cottages are all just feet away from the lake. They are cozy & rustic yet come fully equipped with everything you need for your family vacation. Just bring towels, paper products and food and we will provide the rest. Each cabin has a private pier, fire pit, BBQ, and picnic table.

			Cottage #5 - 3 bedroom Daily: $135.00 Weekly: $800.00 Rate based on 6 persons (max allowed is 8)
			Cottage #6 - Deluxe House with Fireplace Daily: $135.00 Weekly: $800.00 Rate based on 6 persons (max allowed is 7)

Details Extra person charge: $25.00/day or $150.00/week Off season rates are available. 10% off - in early spring/late fall Visa/MasterCard/money orders/cash accepted. $100.00 deposit per cabin per week is required within 10 days of booking to hold reservations. Refundable 60 days prior to arrival. Balance due upon arrival. Rates are subject to change without notice. Pet Policy: Dogs are $15.00/day or $90.00/week Prior approval required. Pets must be house broken, clean & free of fleas. Never leave pets alone in cabin unless crated. Pets must be kept on a leash while outdoors. Please walk your dog where people don’t walk and pick up after them. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds---please bring old blankets etc to cover furniture.
