Welcome to Anderson's Totem Pole Lodge and Resort, "One of Hayward's oldest Resort Traditions."
We are a family owned and operated, family orientated, family friendly resort, located on Lost Land Lake in the Hayward Wisconsin Area.
Our continually updated vacation cottages are located on one of Wisconsin's two "Quiet Lakes". Water-skiing, jet skiing, and speeds in excess of 10mph are not permitted on our jewel nestled in the heart of the Chequamegon National Forest. This allows uninterrupted fishing, pontooning, canoeing, kayaking, and other lake fun to flourish.
Lost Land Lake is connected by a mile long navigable channel to Teal Lake; (Wisconsin's other "Quiet Lake"). These two pristine lakes combine to provide over 2300 acres of tranquil water. The lakes provide a traditional Northern Wisconsin fishery. Walleye, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Crappie, Northern Pike, and of course, "The King" of freshwater fish, the Musky abound. Lost Land and Teal Lakes are class "A" Musky waters and are in the top 25 Musky waters of Wisconsin.
Our traditional Northwoods Lodge, built in the 1920's, provides a spectacular overlook of Lost Land Lake, supplying the perfect backdrop for a cocktail, Friday night fish fry, or just sitting and relaxing. One of Northern Wisconsin's most photographed Totem Poles can be found welcoming you and your family to join our family in the shared enjoyment of the fabulous Northwoods. |

| One of our most frequently asked questions is "What is a housekeeping cottage?" Our two and three bedroom cottages are fully furnished and equipped for you to enjoy the same comforts as in your own home. After all, the cottage will be your home away from home. For your convenience we provide in our cottages, bed linens, cooking utensils, glasses, dinnerware, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and kitchen towels. The only thing you would need to bring is your own bath towels. Ouside your cottage we proved a charcoal grill, picnic table, hand-crafted Adirondack chairs for your enjoyment, and of course a spectacular view of the lake. |  |
Our beach is the finest beach on Lost Land and Teal Lakes. Located in our beach area is a children's play area where you can sun, relax, or swim while your children play. The swimming area has a gradual drop-off and sand bottom providing hours of water enjoyment for all. We provide complimentary use of paddleboats, kayaks, canoes, and beach toys to our guests. The beach area is also the location for many of our daily special events. Kayak races, children's games, and bonfires take place here during the week. Additionally we provide a boat with every cottage, personal flotation devices, Lake Maps, a fish-house to clean your catch, and freezer service to store your catch. We have a boat launch if you choose to bring your own vessel. Baby cribs and high chairs are available upon request. Other services include: Motor rental service, we rent new 8hp. Mercury motors and provide daily gas fill so you can just jump in your boat and go. We provide gas and oil for your rental motor or personal boat, charged to your cottage for your convenience. Licensed guide services are available from our staff. Call for rates, availability, and reservation. Our Pontoon boats are available for rent by the half-day, full day, or week. You can reserve the pontoon boat with your reservation to insure availability. |

All of our guests are provided with priority seating to our fantastic all-you-can-eat Friday Night walleye Fish Fry. Our guests are special to us, so they deserve special treatment. Let the lodge know what time you would like to dine and we will reserve you a table. |

Peak Rates apply from 6/12/10 - 8/13/10.
A $250 Deposit is required to hold all cabins, payable with-in two weeks after placing a reservation, balance due upon arrival.
Upon cancellation of a booking, a deposit will be refunded less $50 cancellation fee, only if the cancellation is made two weeks or longer before arrival and the cabin is re-rented with a similar reservation. There is a two night minimum on any daily rental when applicable.
